The cheese triangles with berry jam are an amazing appetizer for a glass of red wine. The cheese melt in your mouth and go incredibly well with the jam. The wine complements them perfectly.

They can be prepared very easily and quickly!

  • 200 ml cold water
  • 20 ml milk

Instructions

  • Beat an egg and add the milk. In a separate bowl add the salt in the flour and stir.
  • Begin by dipping each cheese in a bowl of cold water, then dip it in the flour making sure it’s well coated.
  • Then dip it in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  • Leave the pieces on a tray and when they are all ready, put them in the freezer for at least an hour.
  • I prepare them a day in advance, so when I decide to make them I just take them out of the freezer and fry them over high heat.
  • Plate them along with berry jam as a dipping and enjoy them with a glass of fine wine!
