Homemade ice cream with Lotus Biscoff  Cookies and butter is the best ice cream I have ever made at home.

It is so delicious! Everybody at home loved it! The butter in the ice cream adds such a rich and amazing taste, while the cookies add a touch of texture.

You don’t even need that many ingredients to make it – only whipping cream, condensed milk and Lotus Biscoff Cookies and the butter. This is really an easy and fast way to make a delicious homemade ice cream. Don’t worry if you have never made ice cream at home before, you really can’t go wrong with this simple recipe.

The one tip I would give you to help you make sure you get your ice cream correctly is : Beat the whipping cream and add the condensed milk and butter after that. Afterwards, carefully mix it all with a spatula. I never mix them with a mixer.

Ingredients

  • 470 ml whipping cream
  • 300 ml condensed milk
  • 200 ml Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter
  • 8 Lotus Biscoff Cookies
  • 1 Lotus Biscoff Cookie for decoration

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl beat the whipping cream.
  • Add the condensed milk and the Lotus Biscoff Cookies Butter. Carefully mix with a spatula.
  • Crush the cookies and add them to the mixture.
  • Pour all of the mixture into a container of your choice. Level it on top and sprinkle it with a few crunched cookies.
  •  Let it cool in the freezer overnight.
