Pasta, red wine, ground beef; the best ingredients for the perfect diner. This easy pasta recipe can be prepared within 30 minutes. It’s perfect for those week evenings when you don’t have that much time to cook!

But why put red wine in the sauce and not drink it while eating pasta? Of course you can drink it separately, however, adding the wine to the sauce would result in a much more rich and flavourful dish. When choosing a wine, you should start from the principle that white wines are used in sauces and dishes that are soft and delicate such as white sauces and fish dishes as the wine adds a wonderful fruity taste to the dish.

Red wine is an excellent addition to red sauces and beef dishes, it gives extra richness and taste to the sauce. But of course you can put in the wine that you prefer.
