These salty sesame sticks are great. They are crispy and slightly salty, just great for snacks. All members of the family will adore them. They’re beautiful and very, very tasty.

Salted Sesame Sticks

Ingredients

  • 400 g Puffy Pastry
  • 1 egg
  • sea salt
  • red pepper
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Roll out the puff pastry. I got a rectangle measuring about 40 x 18 cm. Cut strips with dimensions 1-1,5 cm. You will get about 26 sticks.
  • They are rolled up and arranged in a tray previously lined with baking paper.
  • Spread with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt, paprika and sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15-20 minutes.
